International Shipping Policy

Invoice processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Forms are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a large number of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated for your order which will appear at checkout, including packaging and accessory charges. Shoppers.com.bd usually uses SteadFast Courier, Pathao Courier, Sundarban Courier companies for order shipping. Also, if the buyer has his own courier choice, he can inform our helpline along with the order number.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days within Dhaka, 5-10 working days outside Dhaka

Note: Cash on delivery is not available for some products, which are perishable. For CoD orders the customer will be required to pay Tk.200 (Taka Two hundred Only) in advance as security deposit and partial advance payment, which will be adjusted from the total invoice amount.

ON DEMAND SHIPPING: Normally we ship all orders through the mentioned courier service. If the customer prefers to have the order shipped via another courier service, additional charges may apply as per the courier service’s charge and schedule requirements. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Ship to PO Box or APO/FPO address

Shoppers.com.bd ships to addresses within Bangladesh and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International shipping

Shoppers.com.bd does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you must ensure that the delivery address is within Bangladesh.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email to your billing email and SMS to your billing/shipping phone number once your order has shipped with your order number(s). You can track the status of your order through the order number and email address provided while submitting the order through the link provided.

Duties, Duties, Taxes and Fees

Shoppers.com.bd is not responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes). In case of cash on delivery; CoD cash collection charges will be levied on the customer.
